Airport Receiving Station
The Monster Airport Receiving Station (model ARS) is a complete, self-contained, below grade and automated station that allows for simple, clean and efficient disposal of sewage pumped from airplane lavatories, known as blue water. Built around the legendary Muffin Monster® sewage grinder, the Monster ARS allows you to keep up with increasing airplane traffic and strict state and federal environmental regulations.
Once the system starts the operator attaches a sewage hose to the ARS quick connect coupler, which helps prevent spillage, and starts the flow of wastewater. A PLC based controller comes standard. The optional MonsterTrack controller features an electronic billing system and includes a plug valve and flow meter to accurately track usage and record sewage flow.
The ARS is in operation at most major airports around the world and many have been installed for decades.
